It Started With One
I lay crippled on the floor once more
The sun peeks through my window
THe cast of shadows stretch across my bedroom floor
I feel empty without that taste
It entered my body once
Now its my supporting crutch
Not a day im without it
Will i ever break loose
Should i leave my body with remorse
Should i ever come across a thought
That i never gave myself a shot
I grip my hands on my hair
I inflict pain on myself once again
Save me
I am under the surface
No matter how close i get
I fall deep down with regret
It all started with one
I have nothing left
Besides the needles by my bed rest
Pull me out
And leave my out
For i cannot stand
This agony anymore
