Lost Freedom
Muscles after muscle contracting and relaxing in a beautiful harmony,
hoof after hoof pounding on the ground,
tail after mane dancing in the wind,
mares after a stallion running ahead,
mile after mile of unfenced land.
this is what it used to be,
when they were free.
Now there are few to see,
those beautiful horses when they where free,
they are now living in a fenced field,
because people take with out yield,
You took his land and slowly his pride,
just so you sit upon him and ride,
that stallion use to neigh with joy,
now he is just an overgrown toy.
