One heart is broken
One heart is kind
One heart is confident
One heart is scared
One heart is ready
One heart is worried
One heart can be there
For the one that is unable
These two hearts work together
These two hearts are one
Will any person be ready
When these hearts are forever.

I wrote this today. I can't really think of anything but this one guy. He is my best friend and he is always there for me, so this goes out to him.
