For we are the children of The Lost Generation and Truth is blind.

Could you say that nothing was there
So much love and joy in the air
The laughs fill our souls
This love taken from all we know

I looked in your eyes
Seeing beauty beyond the stars
Your joy finding me in silence
These memories never to be forgotten

There is no pain now
I hold your voice
So little to remember
So much to love

I love the meaning behind the poem; however, parts of it don't flow quite right. (It seems like the rythme is off a tad.) I would read the poem out loud multiple times to see if there is anything you can change.
