Time's a Spiteful Lover
The hands of clocks don’t spare a thought
Tick tock tick tock ticking time’s gone
Unbending path of white and black
The painted numbers own my soul
And time flies by like broken dreams
To watch the clock with desperate eyes
The mind is filled with moments passed
Lost deep inside the history
Spin wheels around unending now
And wind the wheel of fate with fear
For time’s a spiteful lover here
It can’t be stopped it’s over now
The road is clear my fated friend
Demands of time won’t stand and wait
so heed the ticking clock and tend
The chime will call you to the end
