Sarah
She raises her arms as the leaves fall through her hair
And whispers something sweet in my ear.
The wind blows over, sending off every piece of us.
Down the road with the dust and sand in their hair,
She looks towards her lover and whispers sweet in her ear,
“Your beauty betakes me.”
I put my hands through her hair, catching the leaves as they fall by her face.
Laying next to her on this blanket I whisper something sweet in her ear.
The sun sets over us, leaving shadows of the love we’ve made.
