Blessed Am I; Who Trusts In Jesus
I am human but faithful.
I wonder how I can help people.
I hear when people conceal their feelings.
I see light where most see darkness.
I want to spread the love I know in God.
I am human but faithful.
I pretend that everyone wants help.
I feel the pain of others.
I touch Jesus’ scars when I feel too broken.
I worry that I’m not doing enough.
I cry when I know I’ve fallen short.
I am human but faithful.
I understand love is a lifelong choice.
I say everyone deserves to receive it.
I dream I can help people with psychiatry.
I try my best to forgive others and myself.
I hope God is proud of me.
I am human but faithful.

My name is Ariana Branch— a high school student who has recently given their life to God. I wish more teens had the courage to share not only their testimony; but the realities of being young, human, and faithful. I hope this encourages those who are scared or provides understanding to other teens, who have no idea what Christianity looks like and how it relates to our existence: full of hardship, love, and relationships.
