Know You, Know Me
Have you ever been to Paris?
Did you ever smell the rain?
On a velvet summer evening, I kept dreaming of it.
Would you go with me today?
Though, I haven't really met you.
There's something in your eyes I don't know why.
But I cannot forget you. I guess you took me by surprise.
Now I have to guts to tell you I have never had this feeling.
So, we might just talk tonight.
Tell me something about yourself. I want to know you better.
How many hours pass by until we can finally read each other's minds?
Calm and steady, the gently breeze flows by.
That summer night will be the one to remember.
That summer night will become the blazing sun.
As you walked away, I felt you rise alongside me.
This can't be the feeling that I've searched for.
Because that felling merges with you. Now you can easily know me too.
