Me
I looked at myself in the mirror,
Thousands of fragments of the past emerged.
The good one, the bad one;
The happy one, the hopeless one;
The regretted one, the forgotten one.
I watched myself grow from such a young child to who I am now.
I found that the past me was not standing in the distance looking at the present me,
I found her right inside me.
She was also feeling,
And experiencing.
I'm not just made up of candy, ice cream, or chocolate;
I'm also made up of bullets, thunderstorms, and traumas.
