Hello, it’s me!

I know you wish to be

more than what people see.

To go over everything.

Figure out yourself, and finally be free.

You frown on past memories.

Cry at your sins.

This feeling of regret,

is like a hunger from when you were younger.

The longing for forgiveness keeps you up at night.

You run when confronted;

yet stay for comfort.

You believe you are alone, set to the side.

Coated in darkness you try to hide.

RUN    FLEE    YOU TRY TO BREATHE

Stuck in this state,

you find it hard to wake.

So you let your thoughts take you away.

From the reality in which you stay.

Where you wonder if others will cry as your soul goes to die.

I will try to understand where you conjure such lies.

With those big blue eyes, I try to find what lingers in your mind.

You see…

Anxiety is your deception.

A dark cloud of blocked reception,

to the world which tries to send you a message.

Mind dark - light ahead - a reach away.

A leap of faith is just one step away, trust is all it takes.

The bottom is near as you’ve fall

                                                   e

                                                         n throughout the years.

But that does not mean your life had no meaning.

The ones who care are what keep your heart b-e-a-t-i-n-g.

Afraid of them leaving keeps you from flee-i-n-g…

Hello, it’s me.

I am here to tell you.

It’s okay to feel small; I will be there when you fall.

Now I need you to keep believing.

In those who keep you from having those negative feelings.

Life is fleeting, but

DON’T                Rush...

Time is not yet up, all you have to do is look up.

In the darkness, you will see.

Bright light - sight - clear vision - not fright.

My hand is waiting for you...

DON’T run    DON’T flee     you’ll finally be able to BREATHE

Your life has so much more meaning

than what your anxiety is whispering or screaming.

Time and healing are like an upside-down clock;

confusing yet understandable.

Hello, it’s me.

My hand is still patient, waiting for yours to brace it.

Why do you wait,

stand tall.

Reach don’t be afraid

Your life is waiting for you.

Be true.

One day I’ll smile at you not from up top, but

down below.

Only to see what we have all been dreaming.

A smile; for only you.

So it’s true.
