The Musician, My Guardian Angel
Lose yourself in my arms,
I’ll be there to catch you when you fall
I am a hammock for you to fall on
I am a pillow for you to cry on
I am here when you need me the most
I am always at the center of your hands
I am an outlet for your fear
My carriers fall safely and comfortably into your ears
A routine, that’s what I am
An everyday calming noise,
I am every emotion in one way or another
I am your happy place
I am where you go when you don’t know
I am where your stress disappears
Or where it expands
You come to me with the weight of the world
And end with the weight of a fly
I am the smell of a new day of morning dew
No matter where you are, I am there with you
In every country
I am different
But I am the same
I can be dangerous
I can be your hostile butterfly,
I can be your comforter
And I can be your health
This place,
Some people eat, sleep, and breathe it
But they never share it
That is why they call it
The Unspoken Speeches
They are Music
A routine and a safe place
A way to get away
Just escape
And relax
A free therapist,
A free happy pill
It's really all you need
And all you would want
It is why
Our hearts have beats
And why I am living
