how have you been?

look at what i have done today.

are you proud

The author's comments:

One of my favorite things about poetry is rhyme scheme. There are so many fun things you can do with it, and I always enjoy setting up rhymes that purposefully fall flat. Maybe to some it is unsatisfying, but I think it draws a lot more attention to the writing and word choice. Also, in the context of this poem, it feels kind of playful.
