June 2022 Poetry Contest: The Seashell
June 13, 2022
As I held the seashell in my hands,
brushing away fine sands,
upon discovering simple bands.
Aesthetic and beautiful
in its own way, delightful.
By simply gazing at it, I am full.
Full of artistic pleasure,
by the seashell that I gazed at leisure.
For certain it is a treasure.
