Memo-random MAG
There’s nothing worse than forgetting
But there’s nothing worse than trying not to, too.
Put a pin it, stick it to the wall
Alas, to memory;
All of that might just not matter at all
Delay it in corkboards and carousels
of see-you-laters
Forgetting will still come, leaving
all neurons traitors
It’s painful, sure, but as all you can do is your best
Leave your memory to rest
And simply try to live
Moment to moment, day to day
And forget about forgetting,
while you’re on the way
