I cant breath
Her grip only strengthens with time
I shake
I overthink
No
Meds wont loosen the grip
I panic
I shout
But what can help it
Talking?
But she won't let go
Has her name branded in my brain

I love this poem its just like how I feel anxiety!! Its great and you give lots of details!!💓
Anxiety is so hard to deal with, a constant struggle. This enlightens some on only part of what it can do
