Recently, my teacher asked me something,
Do you guys write your diary?
I responded saying no,
She asked why is it because you don’t like writing?
I don’t writing diaries because today was the same as yesterday,
School, homework, study, eat, sleep, repeat.
I hated writing diaries because it just reminded me,
It reminded me that my life is the same,
It’s on repeat for 7 years,
With the same tv shows,
The same food,
The same familiar faces,
The same feelings,
Nothing is new or different,
Tick tock,
Tick tock,
Even the clock sounds the same,
With me on my chair spinning around and around.
But I still write something on that black sheet of paper,
And at the end of the page, I write,
I hope tomorrow will be different,
But it always stays the same.
