I crawl at the Earth,

feeling for roots.

My fingers snag one,

and I launch myself up the ledge.

I crouch over to the patchy grass

looking over the edge. Below me the blue water

is beautiful.

I suck in wind.

It's a long way down.

A pit in my stomach grows

this isn't such a fun idea

anymore.

hwfooo.

I breathe out,

trying to slow my breath

This is it.

I can't go back.

I want to stop overthinking, and just jump,

but doubts invade my mind.

I remember something

I promised myself

three years ago:

No. Regrets. Ever.

I run forward

and jump.

This peice is about when I went cliff jumping a few weeks ago. Dont worry, I had a life jacket on. I think I might be a little bit of an adrenaline junky. I love the outdoors and I hope you enjoy!

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]
