I dare you to
break my heart.
But to break it you must
know about it.
I dare you to
crush my dreams.
But to crush them you must
comprehend what they mean to me.
I dare you to
end my smiling.
To end them you must
discover what makes me fill with joy.
See to break me
you have to,
love,
understand,
and truly know me.
So pardon my skeptisim
when I know your love is but a game.
