My Own Worst Enemy

I am my own worst enemy.
Into the mirror I go
finding fear and anger
The same person -Different
The feeling of rope tugging at me
The left side of the broken mirror
Reflecting kindness, compassion and vulnerability
The right side of the broken mirror
Reflecting anger, hurt and fear
The differences so great
it feels as if I hardly know two sides of the story
I am my own worst enemy
But my own friend
Thoughts going through my head
I am my own worst enemy
