By the Ocean

As the sun rises in the horizon bay,
I walked alone by the walkway.
Mesmerized by the ocean, completely without say.
All on June's last day.
So enchanting - its tossing waves,
full of allure and vastness.
As the sun rises in the sky,
I could not help but sigh.
A new day with the previous gone by,
yet the ocean still remains beautiful, my!
