The Guilt

Guilt is a horrible thing to experience
the weight lays over your chest like an osmium blanket
you feel a heavy burden
on your shoulders at all times.
As you lay in bed at night
the moments before you fall into the peaceful abyss
you spend thinking, and the thoughts of guilt come to you like
a speeding car.
When you have guilt
you are never at peace.
For guilt is a horrible thing to experience.
