She is the dark
Simultaneously the intensity of too many colors, too much
Compressed into one soul,
And the absence of her
The emptiness where
She faded away
She is the void, sucking in any
Light, hope, life, character
That comes near
In the vain hope that it will calm the rush
Of gore
She beats too strong
She was the stars
A diamond of concentrated fire that
Emerged stronger
Until their raw anger became too much
She is nothing
She is everything
The conflict is too much
And then she finds you
An empty page, a new beginning, a chance to
Start over, but acknowledge
The pain that shapes her
And she melts into you, embracing the wounds her soul spills out of
She is the dark
