She Acts
She acts
Paralysis is a foreign feeling
Her eyes shining like fire
Her armor of skin, radiant like stained glass
Her gaze captivating like snow in the sun
Her lips, vibrant like a red rose in a garden of grey
Her hair, swinging like a child on a swing set against the wind
golden threads leap and dance from her scalp
She moves swiftly
never missing a beat
never stopping
always going
never hesitating
"Do something!" she yells with her beauty
She acts in justice
She has to move
because if she doesnt,
who will?
She is constantly going
To her, paralysis is a foreign feeling.
But to everyone who lays eyes on her,
paralysis is a feeling they know all too well.
