So scared of not living up to society’s standards
Running thoughts of failure because of how pretty that girl looks in her tiny squares
Squares that only show snippets of one’s imperfect life
Squares that only show a “perfect” life under high saturation
She looks at that girl’s size 0 under a valencia lense
Social Media is a craving for attention
diminishing a girl’s inner beauty to prove popularity with images of red solo cups and endless “friends”
Those tiny squares can’t be a reflection
