Yoga
My feet step on the greenish-blue yoga mat
Shakily; a slight reluctance packed
My arms reach down; in a forward position
My feet inch backwards in submission
My stomach lands on the floor without a sound
This is the “Downward Dog” position; exertion is found
A slight tremble climbs my legs; the exertion remains
After a few minutes, I stand back up; the exertion drains
Next, one foot goes back; the other moves forward
My hands remain clumsily outstretched; attempted in order
The position’s done; my legs collapse as I sit down
My body’s not used to this; the exertion drowns
Another position I do is to lay down on my back
Reel my leg back, clutching it slightly; the stretch I lack
Once again, not good as was the previous position
Even though I try; my yoga positions still remain disorganized
And clumsy
