What He Doesn't Realize

Standing alone in a crowded
room, but he doesn’t
realize
He walks in and his smile lights up the room, but
he still doesn’t realize
I’m nervous when I talk to
him, but he doesn’t
realize.
If only I had the courage
to tell him what I want to
say.
If I told him,
would he just turn the other
way?
I want to tell him what I’ve
felt for
years,
But if I tell him,
will all my fears just turn to
tears?
I know this all sounds
dumb
I haven’t said anything,
yet I’m still scared for the
outcome
All these thoughts and feelings,
but he still doesn’t
realize...
