Hello, Love

what I am about to say
is sincerely honest,
people still haven’t realized
what love
brings upon us,
but,
it’s okay to be upset,
after learning
that love,
truly is a threat,
it’s okay to be afraid,
knowing it will cause your heart and mind,
to become enslaved,
love is not something
anyone should miss,
so before you think,
remember this,
love is something,
that’s supposed to be so sincere,
until you’ve realized
what you’re really looking at in the mirror
