At night, exhaustion and
Wonder

Smacks me in the head

Burying myself

In the somewhat warm covers
At night a fog phases over your face

within an icy sculpture
A pair of yellowish-green eyes

Staring into mine
Closes in

Like a dungeon Master with a devious grin
That always brings a smile to my face

Even though it shouldn’t
At night a man in a suit and a cane dances around

An invisible table with a tea kettle and a cup

Half broken

You’re the embodied version

Of the fedora wearing specimen

At night, while you're playing games

and not actually doing your Homework
An inner character of mine is

In the middle of a war that will never change,

Nor win.

Your an angel and a devil full of love and mischief

Within a memory long since passed

At night your barbarian with his rage,

and thirst for vengeance

Clouds my judgement to the point where

His javelins are apart of my eyes

While my soul is corroded with fire and ice

A longing that’s been here for

Years and years

To feel and be wanted

Your embrace a shadow for the void

Made by a net that will never truly exist.
At night I count my real world blessings
In a invisible deflective light
That I created in a portal of loneliness
At night, A frost fire behind me

Nothing but a

Frozen bloom

a spell within a dream itself

That encloses for everything I stand for

Myself being to overbearing

Me realizing mistakes

After it’s to late.

At night, the real world and imaginary ones

Become apart of my dreams and

Reality fades into a reign of lives

That will be gone

When the dawn comes

One thing will never change

A song

or a poem about

A Ballad of a Dungeon Master
