Conceited
There were 6 young kids,
All eager and smart.
Waiting intently in order to start.
Down came their mentor, all proud and confident.
The seven worked so hard from then to first snow,
Really proud with what they had built.
Off to the competition, they all went,
All pompous and haughty, expecting to win.
They got too bombastic, and everything failed,
Not advancing or winning any awards.
They knew for next time, to control their emotions,
And not get ahead of themselves.

I do love robotics a lot. This sort of represents our story for this year's competition.
