I wanna let go,
yet I hold on tight.
I breathe it in,
Just to say goodnight.
Dying within,
I scream and shout,
While laying still,
In this deafening silence.
I take a glimpse,
Only to find,
Everything's all okay.
When will it ever end?
And why can't I,
Stand to fight?

Just to stop from dying within.
While lying still,
I take a glimpse,
Everything seems so fine.
So why aren't I?
