Gifts in boxes with bows

why don't my gifts comes in boxes
they always do on TV
nice and pretty, open cleanly
makes me think of puppies and kittens
their little heads pop out
they were probably suffocating in there
that makes me cry a bit
they just keep coming, ears and tails
a cute idea until the house is full
open the door its time to say goodbye
farewell fuzzy lovers
at least I have a nice box
