In the Eyes

In the eyes of the poor, the world seems rich.
Full of ignorant expenses to make them sick.
In the eyes of the wealthy, there's never quite enough.
Wishing for something real while acting so tough.
In the eyes of you, well what do you see?
Too deficient for your likings,
Or are you too blind to see
That we're based off of a one way sight
and the pain of others
Dissapears for tonight.
Maybe it's unfair that way.
You waste your life-
and they attempt the day.
