Favorite Quote:
“Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.”
—Macbeth in Macbeth

She looks confident and strong
So no one feels the need to ask what’s wrong
She puts on a good face
But at the end of the day she has no place
She tries to handle everything with grace
Everyone thinks she is fine
But it doesn’t take an Einstein
To know there is something more
Perhaps she’ll feel pain nevermore
Could she really end it all
Could she really climb that wall
Hurt the ones she loves by ending her pain
What could possibly keep her sane
Bottling up feelings isn’t healthy
So she writes powerfully
Letting her heart pour on a piece of paper
She lets out all of the anger
She lets out all of the pain
So she can feel sane
Once again

Putting on a good face for others is easy.

It's also easy to bottle up feelings that need released.
