Pollution hurts the earth in so many ways
our land and wildlife and destroyed each day
Pollution means contamination
We the people are hurting our beautiful nation
Someday maybe we'll see
cleaning up our act and the earth is the true key
The chemicals and waste
the noise and the heat
the light is all us
someone needs to stand up and make a fuss
Mutations in nature, the animals are dead
resources will run out the scientist said
The population grows
as we all know,
people need to eat
so grow more wheat
that means more chemicals and fertilizers hurting the land
it’s time we make a stand
Don’t drive your car, take the bus
Don’t throw that away, recycle that stuff
Stop pollution before its too late
otherwise who knows what's in store for the human race
Why don't people care, they really should
imagine the earth’s beauty (if they would)
Money must be spent, really quite a bit,
our only planet is truly worth it.
