George Clooney and the Crisis in Darfur
They're begging, they're begging hear their cries
Everyday they sadly die
They're reaching, reaching they're reaching out
They need someone to heal their doubt
The sickness, the sickness
Please won't you do, do, do
Something, There is fear in their eyes
People just lie, lie, lie
That they're better, that just makes them cry, cry, cry
Bang!! You can hear their guns from a mile away
They need someone to save the day
The Jagaweed come so quiet and fast
And the pain they bring always last

I wrote this piece after reading about the crisis in Darfur and George Clooney at the time trying to help in an article in my Englsih class. The article inspired me to try to help and get the word out to the world about how bad it is/was down there.
