Ordinary Girl
I put my hair into a ponytail
I put on my blue jeans
I run down the stairs cause my mother’s calling me
I’m just an ordinary girl
In an ordinary world
Trying to live my life
I’ve got a great mom and dad
And things that money can’t buy
Flash forward to 3:15
I come home to a family that loves me.
Later I brush my teeth and go to bed,
My mother comes in to say goodnight
I’m just an ordinary girl
In an ordinary world
Trying to live my life.
I’ve got a great mom and dad
And things that money can’t buy.
I’ll go to sleep tonight
I can’t dream of another life.
Cause I’ve got everything I’ve ever wanted.
I just another girl in an ordinary world
Trying to live my life.
I’ve got a great mom and dad.
Things that money can’t buy.
I put my hair into a pony tail
Put on my blue jeans
And start another day.
