Trapped in a cage
She no longer wants
To be so alone
With her troubling thoughts
She sees all the others
They laugh and they hug
But she sits all alone
With no one to love
Nobody wants her
And nobody sees
Just how lonely she is
How loved she wants to be
Unwanted and broken
Beaten and bruised
This poor lonely soul
Has been so abused
But nobody cares
About that poor girl
Alone in this place
Alone in the world
