Three Castles in Air
Far away in a fairyland
There were three castles
High above the meadowland
Dangling from the heaven
The first one was as yellow as the sun
With gates made of pure gold
And guarding the gate was a handsome dun
Who had a gracious and proud attitude
The second one was as white as marble
With a gate shaped like a giant lotus
And sleeping there was a bear so mirabile
With a beautiful shining gorget
The third one was as silver as the moon
With a huge glowing star for a gate
And there sat a nightingale with a very soft croon
Flapping its wings with a starry glow
Out I reached towards the first one so bright
To reveal the secrets which it hid
When suddenly my eyes caught a dazzling light
And blinded me for a bit
When I opened my eyes again after a while
There indeed was a brightness like the castle
But it was only the glory of the morning sun
Coming through the branches of a maple
Alas! It was only a dream
But so nice and sweet
It was so like a very strong seam
Which binded the cloth of reality and fantasy

The poet saw a very fascinating dream, a dream in which she was in a fantasyland. But when the dream broke, the poet understood the importance of dreams, how they play a major role in weaving threads of imaginations into woof.
