How dare you oppose me
You feeble, bantam hiker?
Why do you challenge me
In all of my regal glory?

I am as ancient as the stars are lost.
I hold wisdom that is byond your grasp.
My crown pierces the celestial blues.
I sit atop a throne that is earth itself.

Only rock, wind, and ice
Can endure my unforseeable temper.
No mortal ventures to call me his home,
For I dwell alone in my supremacy.

There are no others that parallel me.
I am exclusive and uncontrolled.
I donminate those below me - every creature that breathes,
For not a soul looms higher than I.

So I will ask you again,
O, valiant and stolid hiker,
How dare you oppose me,
Sagarmatha - Head of the Sky?
