Royal Play
She is at the edge of the forest, mysterious
Long raven hair with silver eyes, glorious.
Pale as snow, moving gently with the wind,
Sneaky and stealthily she shined
Toward the ashen horse, galloping to the castle gate
The rider strong and ruddy, moving at a fast rate
Seeing a mysterious figure hidden in his shadow
He wondered who had emerged from the meadow.
The figure drew nearer and near
Woosh, a gale approached, the prince grew in fear
Suddenly, his horse reared and bolted away
The prince certainly became prey
To the mysterious woman, she came into the light
A fun ritual, the prince smiled with delight
The prince and his love, often kindle their flame
All in a day’s fun, it was only a game!
