Flowers
Many flowers grow in my backyard
Growing across the hard
Lush-green ground
Growing without making a sound
Dandelions; soft, white spikes
Walking like hikes
Across the dadelion’s mane
Lightly like rain
Sunflowers; yellow and soft
Yet, they waft
A foul smell
That seems to repel
Yet, these “sunflowers” are actually weeds
Growing and spouting their bad deeds
To the fellow flowers
Possibly choking them throughout the hours
Flowers are soft, innocent
Including weeds; despite their insolence
