Halloween
Halloween, my family never celebrated
The holiday remained secretly alienated
From us
This holiday remains festive
Pumpkins with gleaming faces remain rested
In the front of houses
People, specifically children, parading in costumes
Their hungry baskets consume
Pink, brown, red, blue candies
Halloween is often assumed
A time where vampires ensued
Along with witches and ghosts
Halloween remains the most
Despised holiday; an ominous problem
Our world celebrates without caution
