Christmas Lights
Christmas lights remain bright
All through the night
Red, green, blue, and yellow tints
Serve as hints
Of festive joy
Their hues glisten and gleam
Like laser beams
Curved glass shape and mold
Encasing the light’s bold
Flicker
Flickers, sparking across the sky
With happiness as they go by
Faint lights flash with electricity
Towards the lightly-falling snow; a soft silence of tranquility
My eyes adjust to the brightened lights
Everything is just right; wonderful sights!
