One
I wake up in the morning for school. I force myself out of bed because anxiety holds me hostage, but somehow I managed to fight the demon through and get ready for school, even though I feel down and think

Two
I go to school and see my friends. I feel more worse than I did before I arrive. In the halls and in the classrooms, there's gossip and giggling all around, but I can’t seem to smile at a lot of things these days, however I put on a fake smile and act like I’m okay.

Three
After school I go home and see my animals. I do my homework as everyone else, however there was something bothering me, but I don't say a word. I used to be happy, but all that has changed and I can’t remember the last time I was happy. In just like that, I pace with my hands on my head, breathe heavily, and force myself not to hit my dresser or my wall.
