In a world

In a world where all is right,
All is so wrong.
Because we all believe our place will not be moved,
I break away even further and stronger than ever before.
I will not conform to anybody but myself.
I’m looking through my glasses at life,
But I cannot see a thing.
So much good is overpowered by so little evil.
Friends,
Come and gone,
May soon return completely different.
This life of mine,
Is not mine.
As the seconds tick by,
My yearning grows.
I long to be something more than I am.
More than we are.
