Alike and alone
Empty houses in an empty world
Dreaming of what they don't know
Purpose, love, and life
Few resist temptation
An easy life, a carefree life
They forget what comes in return
An empty life, a lonely world
The left behind are far ahead
Few in number, high in life
Only striving to persevere
To stay alive, to survive
They look upon with pity
Those empty, those alone
Even then the easy life calls
The envied life, the empty world
