A Look Through The Kaleidoscope: The Everglades
April 23, 2017
Herons, egrets, ibises oh my.
Such profound colors to the naked eye.
There’s so much that I can see
From the wood stork to the manatee
Mangroves and orchids bloom all year
The buzzing of insects is all I can hear
The Indians called it Pa-hayokee
And I think it’ll be forever with me.
