The Monsters Under Your Bed
The monsters under your bed
They get in your head
You hear them groan
You suddenly feel alone
Hearing their claws on the floor
You think you’re no more
Hearing that rap tap tap
You hear those nails and you think “Crap”
Hearing ‘it’ get out from under the bed
You think you’re finally going to be dead
That sweet relief from fear
Oh dear
“I want you to join me” it moans
Your bones turn to stones as you contemplate
Not knowing what to do, you hide
You immediately denied
But it doesn’t work that way, sweetheart
‘It’... always has a kick start
