Beauty And Brains
Must we be one or the other?
Tell me this, once a delicate layer of lash plumping mascara is applied
does this in turn prevent someone from being the world's next Einstein
And if they have no beaty does that make them Frankenstein
or, when you see someone who fits the “so tumblr” look
Does that mean they've never read a book
The minute a girl would rather get up two hours early for school to study
rather than cake her face with cosmetics
Does she then lose the pretty aesthetics
No! And if that is what society has in store for us then I want no part in it
because I am certainly not going to change to fit the norm of “or”
