I Miss You
Three years have come and gone
But it feels like it was yesterday
The memory is seared in my mind
It shows through and gets to everyday
With every day getting harder
Somehow it makes me stronger
But there are times when I think;
'I can't take this any longer.'
All the hurt inside
Just piles up on me
So I try my hardest to hide it
So no one else can see
I miss you so much
I just want to see you again
And tell you 'I love you'
To hug you and hold on till the end
I love you daddy
You'll never leave my heart
You are always close to me
Even though we're miles apart
